BEER LINE UP
Love Street, Karbach Brewing Co., Kolsch Ale, Houston- Texas, 4.9%
In the 1960’s on Allen’s Landing sat Love Street; a hot spot of music and social impact. The venue hosted eclectic characters ranging from open mic’ers to the Lizard King himself. Love Street was not only a place, but a state of mind. A place to unwind and let the music refresh your soul.
Likewise, Love Street is a state of mind. Brewed in the Kolsch-style and hopped delicately with floral German hops, this beer boasts a clean malt profile that refreshes to the core, without sacrificing character. So crack one open and find your own Love Street.
Nemesis IPA, Audacity Brew House, India Pale Ale, Denton Texas, ABV 7.2%
Brewed with Sorachi Ace Hops to bring floral and savory aromas and flavor. Seven hop additions leave hop oils that stick to the tongue until the 90 IBU’s wipe them off. Hints of lemon, dill and coconut.
Myrcenary Double IPA, Odell’s Brewing Company, Double Imperial Pale Ale, Fort Collins- Colorado 9.7%
Named for Myrcene, a component of essential oils in the hop flower, Myrcenary Double IPA is our tribute to those who revere the illustrious hop, and their unyielding exploit to craft hop forward beers. Brewed with a blend of hops containing the highest levels of Myrcene, this double IPA prevails with a tropical fruit-like flavor, a pungent floral aroma, and a clean getaway.
Stella Cidre, Stella Artois, Cidre, Leuven, Belgium, ABV 4.5%
Crisp and refreshing Belgian cider made with hand-picked apples.
Goose Island Oktoberfest, Seasonal, Goose Island Beer Co. Chicago- Illinois, ABV 6.4%
Toffee and burnt sugar aroma. Flavors of sweet, dried apricots and a mild, earthy bitterness that is the hallmark of hallertau hops.
Deep Ellum Oak Cliff Coffee Ale, Deep Ellum Brewing Company, Dallas, TX ABV 7.50%
We reached out to Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters and went and sampled some of their cold brew, paired with our brown ale. Carmen bean from Panama, in particular, played really nicely with the beer. The coffee beans were personally delivered to us and the beans were coarse ground here at the brewery just before we made the cold brew. We let it brew for a few days and added it to our beer during the transfer from fermentation vessel to bright tank.
